  It all starts with a simple but brilliant idea. Then we perform in-depth market analysis, validate product value, determine viability and the market pain points it solves. The final, refined idea becomes a high-level product design and business plan.

• Design

  We identify the technologies needed to support all of the product’s functionality. Next, we architect core components (client, server, databases, APIs, etc), and design simple, functional and beautiful user interfaces that users will fall in love with.

• Development

  We use the latest mobile and web technologies and standards to create scalable, efficient, fast software. Boxador has an internal engineering team and works with partners to manage all aspects of software development.

• Go-to-Market

  Together with the product founder, we implement go-to-market strategies appropriate to each product. We identify key industry stakeholders, influencers, and potential partners, and define online and social media marketing plans.
